Chef Roberto and his wife Paola are pleased to welcome you to taste their Italian cuisine with Mediterranean, Apulian and Southern flavours.

They offer recipes and typical dishes such as Orecchiette di rano arso, Cavatelli con la Burrata, Paccheri al Tonnetto with burrata and pink prawn tartare, Pescespada on lemon leaf, Tagliata di Bezo alla Salentina and other specialities.
There is also a rich wine list from different regions of Italy.
