Furthermore, from 1st June to 15th September, there will also be a paediatrician on site.

The surgery is open every day from 9 am to 10.30 am and from 6 pm to 7.30 pm and is located near the exit of the Resort, before the Cash Office. The service is completely FREE.
Priority of access to children (-3 years), old people and pregnant ladies.

In the event of an emergency, Guests can ask the Reception staff to contact a doctor outside surgery hours.

The facility is equipped with 3 defibrillators (AED).
The certified beach attendants and staff are trained to use the AEDs.

At the establishment, there is also a pharmacy which has general, over-the-counter and parapharmaceuticals goods.

At the beginning of the summer season, all staff at the campsite are trained in first-aid, and those who come into special contact with Guests, such are lifeguards on the beach and in water parks, are required to obtain a first-aid license.

The surgery at Union Lido is neither an A&E unit, nor a fixed or mobile emergency service.
Emergency services and urgent interventions are organised and carried out by the National Health Service, through the A&E departments of the hospitals and the 118 mobile service, supported by the helicopter rescue service.

We remind you that, for non-urgent issues, for example, insect bites, sun rashes, otalgias, conjunctivitis, coughs, minor traumas, and prescribing medicines, it is compulsory to respect the surgery’s timetable.
Guests with specific health problems are kindly asked to point these out to the doctor of the establishment upon arrival.
