Dear Guests, Union Lido is pleased to present you our new digital Loyalty Card!
With our new Loyalty Card you will have access to a series of exclusive benefits that will make your experience at Union Lido even more satisfying.
The new Card can be purchased at the Info Point for € 15,00 and from this year comes in three different types:
1. LOYAL: yellow (from 1 to 14 years of loyalty)
2. AMBASSADOR: blue (from 15 to 24 years of loyalty)
3. STAR: gold (25 or more years of loyalty)
N.B: the years of attendance to calculate loyalty will be counted from the year 2004 onwards.
As you are a guest of Union Lido you will be able to progress through loyalty levels and enjoy even more exclusive benefits!
How do I receive points?
Points are loaded during payment at the Cashier’s Office, when the Guest shows the card to the operator through the MyUnionlido App downloaded on the smartphone.
You will receive points into your Card according to the amount spent on your stay (10 points for every euro).
Since the card is nominal and can be viewed digitally on one’s mobile phone, points can only be charged for receipts in the cardholder’s name.
Fixed pitch stays and tourist tax are excluded from the point collection. In addition, with the purchase of the new Loyalty Card, you will receive free welcome points!
The card as well as the points are valid for three years.
What can I do with the old Bonus Card?
-For the old Bonus Card holders, it is possible to redeem the points accumulated in previous seasons until October 2023.
-Customers who decide to participate in the new Loyalty Programme will have to redeem the points from the old Card by choosing a prize from the 2023 catalogue. If there are any unusable points left over, they will be transferred to the new Loyalty Card at the guest’s request.
ATTENTION:
As of first of July 2023, the old Bonus Card will NO LONGER be valid for benefits and discounts at affiliated facilities.

With our MyUnionlido App, you will have direct access to your personal area, allowing you to check your points balance, redeem rewards and quickly keep track of your activities, but above all to view your years of loyalty at any time!
We have enriched our digital loyalty programme with interactive and engaging experiences. You can participate in online games, competitions and challenges, which will give you the chance to accumulate extra points, win special prizes reserved for our loyal Guests and always stay in touch with Union Lido!
